Club Draw
For 2011-12 season we have introduced a club draw which is an integral part of your annual subscription fee. (Draw is also open to non-members)
Total prize fund of €6K
9 monthly draws (6 x €500 and 3 x€1K) to be held in club on pre-arranged dates
First draw to take place in Oct 15th (€1,000 for winner)
Every member now included in a monthly draw
Parent name of each registered mini / youth goes into the draw
Entry to draw is also open to friends and family €96 (€8 per month or €2 per week)

Rules for Coolmine RFC Monthly draw.
1. A licence to run this draw was granted by the Dublin Metropolitan Courts on Sept 14th 2011
2. There will be 9 monthly draws in any season.
3. The draw dates will be determined by the Executive in consultation with the Draw Committee.
4. The draw dates will be advertised and circulated to all participants via the normal channels.
5. Total annual prize money will not exceed €6K
6. All membership categories paying a subscription of €150 or more per annum are entitled to one entry in each draw.
7. Each member will be issued with a unique membership number which will be entered into the each draw.
8. Where membership is for a Mini / Youth, the parent’s name will go into the draw
9. Life members can purchase an entry to the draw by paying €96 per year (Standing order or cheque).
10. Non-members, friends, and family can also purchase an entry to the draw by paying €96 per year.
11. Non-members will be issued with a unique “draw entry” number
12. There is no limit to the number of entries which any participant may purchase.
13. Persons under 18 years of age cannot enter the draw.
14. It is the responsibility of the participant / member to ensure all details are completed correctly on the membership form or standing order form.
15. It is the responsibility of each participant / member to advise the Draw Committee of any changes to their contact details or standing order amendments.
16. It is the responsibility of each participant / member to ensure they are fully paid up each month to ensure they gain entry to the draw.
17. No prize may be won by a participant who is not fully paid up in advance of the particular draw date.
18. All forms must be completed and returned to the Draw Committee one week prior to the draw date
19. The Executive Committee reserve the right to introduce special draws for additional prizes
20. The decision of the Executive Committee will be final in relation to all matters
21. The draw location will be the Coolmine RFC clubhouse unless otherwise advised by the Executive or Draw Committee.
22. The winner of each draw will be contacted by the Executive / Draw Committee within two weeks of the draw date.
23. The Draw prize (amount) will be paid by club cheque to the winner.
